A company has launched a new legal and public notices preparation and placement service for UK hauliers.
According to Newspaper Advertising, placing legal notices to advertise O-licence applications and variations can be expensive – anything between £150 and £1,000 each – so it is vital operators do not have to re-submit.
The company says its service ensures the correct publications for such notices are targeted, the right wording is used, costs are kept low and the process is carried out quickly. Newspaper Advertising, based in Bury, Greater Manchester, is a partner company of road transport consultancy GVL Management.
Owner of Newspaper Advertising Simon Shekyls said: “If the traffic commissioner spots an error in your public notice they’ll insist you place it again. Mistakes can get really expensive. One call is all it takes to ensure a correctly worded public notice, in a qualifying publication, at the right time.”
